UnlimitedFTP Online Terms of Use

Use of UnlimitedFTP Online is limited to the party which agreed to the signup form.

• Cancellation of service will occur at the end of the current billing period and no refunds will be provided.
• Any damages incurred through use of UnlimitedFTP Online are the responsibility of the user and Unlimi-Tech Software Inc. shall not be held liable.
• Any technical problems that occur with the operation of the UnlimitedFTP Online service or any services falling under this agreement are the responsibility of Unlimi-Tech Software Inc and will be serviced in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Unlimi-Tech Software Inc. will provide refunds on a case by case basis at their own discretion.
• Any files transferred using UnlimitedFTP Online are thought to be the property of the end-user and any illegal use of the service will be grounds for termination of the account. The jurisdiction of this service falls under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
